1. Overview
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Archer House Consulting (“the Company”).
The term “Site” refers to www.archerhouseconsulting.com.
The terms “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to visitors, customers, and any other users of the Site.
The Site, together with all associated written content, digital materials, and online services (collectively, the “Service”), is owned and operated by Archer House Consulting. By using the Site or any Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without modification and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
2. Use of the Site and Service
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Children under 18 are prohibited from using the Site.

While we endeavor to keep all content accurate and current, Archer House Consulting makes no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, or reliability, and assumes no liability for errors or omissions.

Certain portions of the Service may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as necessary. You may not impersonate any other person or use an email address or credentials other than your own.
Your account must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Lawful Use

You may not post, transmit, or upload any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any third-party rights. You further agree to use the Site for legitimate business purposes and not for resale or commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue Service to any person or entity, without obligation to provide a reason.
No order or request is deemed accepted until confirmed and payment has been processed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Service at any time, subject to completion of any obligations previously accepted.

We aim to describe and display our Services accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, or information are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order or engagement based on inaccurate information.

By submitting materials, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archer House Consulting from all claims arising from such submissions.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit. By submitting or posting materials, you grant Archer House Consulting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such materials for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.
9. Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and designs—is the intellectual property of Archer House Consulting and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or Service without prior written authorization. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for any violation of this policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archer House Consulting and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Service. In any case, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim, or $100 if no purchase was made.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external resources and disclaim all liability arising from your use of them. Links do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Archer House Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of your use of the Site or any breach of these Terms.
14. Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of this Agreement.
15. Entire Agreement and Waiver
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Archer House Consulting regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or a continuing waiver unless made in writing.
16. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be Baltimore City, Maryland. Before initiating litigation or arbitration, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation in accordance with the procedures of the CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution or a mutually agreed-upon equivalent.
17. Recovery of Litigation Expenses
The prevailing party in any dispute arising from these Terms shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs in addition to any other relief available.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Assignment
These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms without prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
