I founded my business in 2012 (formerly known as Monkey Fist Co.) and have over 13 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy. I offer two core services: (1) a 1:1 Website Refresh for AI Discovery, where I audit your website, align your brand’s messaging, implement schema and off-page signals, and optimize for AI and voice-search discoverability; and (2) In-Person Training Sessions, where I deliver workshops—either at a club/event venue for a community audience, or at a larger company—to teach teams how generative AI is recommending businesses and how they can take action.

Who is the ideal client for the one-on-one “Website Refresh for AI Discovery” service?
The ideal one-on-one client already has a website or brand in place—but you know it’s inconsistent, outdated, or unfocused. You’ve likely done some SEO in the past (or maybe none), and you have not yet done a concerted effort to make your site “AI-ready.” You’re comfortable working with an expert to refresh your site, align your brand messaging, implement schema/off-site signals, and want to be discovered by AI assistants and voice-search platforms.

Which venue or organization is the ideal fit for the in-person training sessions?
There are two ideal audiences for the in-person training: (a) Clubs, event spaces, or community-based venues that want to host a workshop for their membership or local audience, adding value by offering future-ready content that brings people together. (b) Larger companies whose teams need to understand how generative AI is recommending their business, and what internal stakeholders—marketing, content, branding, website, customer-facing staff—must do to support AI-driven visibility.

How does your process work from first contact to project completion?
After you contact me, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your business goals and the current status of your website. Once the contract is signed and a start date is selected, I’ll review your website and begin implementing necessary updates—code changes and content enhancements focused on the critical areas that increase your likelihood of being discovered and recommended by AI chat agents. Nothing is changed without your approval. Depending on the package you choose, I’ll either provide you with actionable tasks for your team to carry out (non-website related) or upgrade your package so I can implement those additional improvements for you.

WORKING WITH ME

What are your hours of operation and typical response times?
I operate Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. After project launch, I aim to respond to client communications within one business day. Check-in meetings are typically scheduled bi-weekly. We will work together via email to keep track of everything.

What should I have prepared before starting the Website Refresh or training session?
Before we begin, please share access to your current website, Google Business Profile, and any analytics tools you use. If you don’t have those in place, that’s fine — I can guide you through setup. Having clarity on your goals, audience, and past marketing efforts helps me tailor your refresh or training for maximum visibility.

What payment methods or financing options do you accept?
I accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and can discuss installment billing for larger engagements.

What is your cancellation, revision, or refund policy?
Because the work involves a strategic and technical setup, a signed contract is required before kickoff. If you cancel before the first payment is made, there is no fee. Once implementation begins, completed work is non-refundable, but I welcome discussions of modifications within the project scope.
